What a delightful hair appointment! Chrissie did exactly what I wanted for my haircut! It looks lovely and tidy now.

Chrissy is quite simply the best and most intuitive hair stylist I have ever had. When you're sitting in the chair, her experience, enthusiasm, customer focus and commitment to her profession shines through every time!

Chrissy has been my personal hair coach for the last few years, and I travel to Auckland from Northland specifically to have my hair done! I have fine hair, and it was grey, and quite sparse at the front hair line. I used the Colour System products that Chrissy works with to increase volume of my sparse hair with good results. I then chose to re-colour my hair to my original brunette shade. Chrissy has vast knowledge and experience under her belt, and is very easy to talk to about how you are feeling about yourself with what the hair is doing/not doing. I learned a lot from her consultations in particular the Signature Hair Experience - I never knew all these years! Knowledge that really makes a big difference to my lifestyle and how to really look after my type of hair. Chrissy has a very down to earth, yet compassionate nature that will help you feel at ease whatever place and space you are in with your locks.

I cannot believe the difference in my hair condition in just two weeks! In a nice quiet environment, it was easy to talk about my dry, fine and frizzy hair and I've taken away some really quick and simple tools to help me maintain it better. Chrissy is lovely and really takes the time to consult and listen to what I'm trying to achieve with my hair, before cutting loose with her scissors. I've learned so much more about my hair, useful products and styling in the year I've been seeing her than in all the decades prior with most other stylists and colourists. Chrissy is a real professional and the hair coach that I've always needed but only found later on in life. Thoroughly recommend.
